Systemic and post-emergent herbicide. Derived from glycine and formulated as a salt from deprotonated acid and an ion (ammonium salt, isopropylamine salt, potassium salt). It is absorbed by leaves and stems and transported, preferentially, by the phloem to the meristematic tissues.
